Baylor College of Medicine has established a confidential and anonymous reporting mechanism for reporting known or suspected improper activity or wrongdoing. Reports can be made via the toll free number (855) 764-7292 or electronically via the internet. An Integrity Hotline outcomes report is available (Baylor login required).
