Geriatric Medicine: Seeing patients in the Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center at 7200 Cambridge,  Houston, Texas 77030. This multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals uses a comprehensive assessment method and offers a variety of clinical services to assess aging-related health problems and to study ways to prevent or modify aging changes that affect intellectual and physical vigor. Rehabilitation and Extended Care at the Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Administration Medical Center: Offering evaluation and treatment in a minimally restrictive environment, through the Geriatric Evaluation and Management Unit, Home-Based Primary Care and the Transitional Care Unit.
