The Baylor Immune Evaluation Laboratory at Baylor College of Medicine offers the most up to date transplant diagnostic testing available to various client transplant center institutions. Our laboratory is CAP and CLIA certified to perform High Complexity testing for the transplant community. Currently servicing Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center, Texas Children’s Hospital Solid Organ Programs and the Michael E. DeBakey Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Houston.

We offer comprehensive testing for solid organ and bone marrow transplant programs in addition to clinical trials and research investigators. Both virtual consultation and in laboratory assays are performed daily and on call 24/7 by a dedicated staff of individuals focused on providing the most accurate testing results consistently within established turnaround times.

Our state of the art laboratory offers testing capacity for low to high volume through the use of validated automation. Our diversity of testing equipment provides both low and high resolution of HLA antigens. Both STAT and routine options are available to provide clinicians with the results they need to make future clinical decisions.

Please review our website to obtain more information about us, tests we perform and contact information should you want to explore testing options with us.
