- MSPE – Medical School Performance Evaluation (aka the dean’s letter)
- *USLME scores (Step 1 and Step 2CK) > 215 on first attempt
Letters of Recommendation
- Two individual letters of recommendation
- Departmental (program director, chair, pediatric clerkship director) letter of recommendation optional
Honors
- Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) membership
- Gold Humanism Honor Society membership
Baylor Elective
- Helpful to allow us to get to know you
- Not a requirement; only a very small percentage of applicants are able to participate in this type of experience
Other
- Personal statement
- Research experience
