Thank you for visiting our web pages. The Center for Innovations in Quality, Effectiveness & Safety (IQuESt) is organized into the following four scientific programs: Behavioral Health; Clinical Effectiveness & Population Health; Health Policy, Quality & Informatics; and Implementation Science & Innovation. These programs are supported by the Administration & Operations Core, Education & Training Core, and Methodology & Analytics Core.

The goal of each program is to provide outstanding leadership and scholarship to produce the best science in its area of emphasis while collaborating effectively across programs and researchers in the scientific community.

I encourage you to explore this website to learn more about the dynamic and innovative research being conducted by our faculty. We strive to expand our exceptional investigators, fellows and staff. If you are in the greater Houston/Galveston area, I invite you to attend one of our scientific and professional development seminars, which occur at noon on Mondays.
