Professional Statement

I worked in hospital medicine for five years and am transitioning into general internal medicine. While in the hospital I saw many patients without a PCP. In my role as a PCP, I would like to form a partnership with my patients to work towards optimizing their health. The goal would be to prevent unnecessary hospitalizations.
