Content

HTAP can image stained slides using brightfield or fluorescence. Imaging can be performed on tissue sections or TMA slides.

Whole slide scanning is done with a Nikon slide scanner using 10X or 20X objectives.

TMA’s and multiplexed fluorescence slides are imaged using the Perkin Elmer Vectra3 instrument.
