Requirements: To apply for the clinical neurophysiology fellowship, candidates must have an M.D., D.O., or equivalent international training and will have completed an ACGME-approved residency in neurology (or pediatric neurology) or psychiatry.

- A complete, up-to-date curriculum vitae, including publications.
- Three letters of recommendation from professionals familiar with your clinical training and background. One of these should be from your current program director.
- Personal statement.
- International graduates should include USMLE scores and designate current visa status.
