Family Medicine offers onsite laboratory and x-ray testing services to our patients at three Baylor Medicine Family Medicine locations Monday through Friday. No appointments are needed for lab work ordered by a Baylor Family Medicine physician.
Most test results are available immediately when records are finalized by the lab, depending on the kind of test you have performed. Your provider will release test results to you through MyChart or a phone call.
If you have not received results two weeks after your test, please call Family Medicine at 713-798-7700. Please provide the patient’s name, birth date, phone number, and the specific test results you are inquiring about, as well as the date and location of the test/service. Calls are typically returned by the next business day.
