Students and alumni have two options for requesting official transcripts: by written request or online.

Transcript requests may be initiated by completing a Transcript Request Form. Once completed, the form will automatically be routed to our office. There is no charge for this method and orders will be processed in 1-2 business days.

Ordering Online

As described below, the more convenient and recommended method is to use Parchment, Inc., the online provider chosen by Baylor College of Medicine to provide secure electronic transcript delivery. Transcript requests initiated online are typically processed within one business day. There is a $3.05 convenience fee for transcripts requested through Parchment, Inc at the time of the order (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover).

Current students should request transcripts through their CAMS student portal account: Currently enrolled students are encouraged to initiate transcript requests using the CAMS student portal. After you login, select the Order Transcript link and follow the instructions provided.

Former students should request transcripts through BCM’s unique Parchment, Inc. storefront. Access BCM Parchment online storefront to create an account and order an academic transcript. Electronic transcripts can be processed for students who attended after 1980. Please note, electronic transcripts are not available for students in the Preceptorship in the Health Sciences program prior to 2006.

No matter the request method used, a transcript will not be released until all financial and/or administrative obligations to the College have been satisfied. Transcripts may either be sent immediately or after the current semester's final grades or degrees are posted. Processing times may be extended during peak demand times such as end-of-semester. The Federal Educational Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA) requires a signature to release a transcript and both Parchment and Baylor College of Medicine require a release to be on file.
