Marc Feldman, M.D.

Marc H. Feldman, M.D. is board certified in family practice and fellowship-trained and certified in sports medicine.

Dr. Feldman is the medical director for the Baylor Medicine Concierge Healthcare program at Baylor Medicine. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Dr. Feldman received his BA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio, completed his residency in Family Practice at The Toledo Hospital and is fellowship-trained in Sports Medicine at Kaiser Permanente in California. 

Prior to joining Baylor, Dr. Feldman worked in private practice in the Memorial area. His clinical philosophy involves the practice of preventive medicine and he empowers his patients to live a healthy lifestyle and stay active regardless of age, athletic ability or medical condition. 

Dr. Feldman serves as the team physician at area schools and as part of the medical staff for area professional tennis tournaments and marathons. He enjoys running, cycling, traveling and spending time with his wife and two sons.

Lizabeth E. Riley, M.D. is board certified in family practice. 

Dr. Riley is a physician for the Baylor Medicine Concierge Healthcare program at Baylor Medicine. Dr. Riley received her BA in biology from the University of Texas at Austin, and earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. She completed her residency in family medicine at Duke University Medical School, where she was chief resident. Prior to joining Baylor, Dr. Riley ran her own private practice in the Memorial area and formerly was on staff at the Baylor Family Medicine Clinic. 

Outside of clinic, Dr. Riley enjoys spending time with her husband, Tom and three teens, Matthew, Megan and Tristan. She enjoys attending professional sports events (the Rockets and Astros are her favorites!). She also enjoys watching her youngest child in theater and volunteering at school. She tries to model the healthy lifestyle with Pilates, walking her labradoodles and doing the elliptical. She is an avid home cook and is always looking for new dinner ideas or cookie recipes.

Brittany O'Brien, Ph.D.

Brittany O'Brien, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist and assistant professor at Baylor College of Medicine in Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences Department.

Dr. O’Brien received her doctoral degree from the New School for Social Research in New York City and completed her post-doctoral fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine. She is a coinvestigator on several federal, foundation, and industry-sponsored trials investigating novel treatments for patients with treatment-resistant mood and anxiety disorders. Her research focuses on psychological factors that may enhance or challenge treatment response, such as the influence of childhood maltreatment on treatment-resistant depressed patients receiving ketamine therapy. Her clinical work has spanned a variety of settings, age groups and psychiatric disorders. Dr. O’Brien currently sees patients for psychotherapy and psychological testing at Baylor Psychiatry Clinic and has a particular interest in working with patients who experience chronic and treatment-resistant symptoms using a combination of evidence-based and patient-centered approaches.
 
Dr. O’Brien joined the Concierge team in 2019 as a behavioral health specialist/consultant. She works collaboratively with patients and their providers to facilitate behavioral change in line with patients’ health goals.

Joel G. Patlan, M.S.

Joel G. Patlan, MS is a clinical exercise physiologist with the Baylor Medicine Concierge Healthcare Program.

Joel earned his Master of Science in exercise and health science from the University of Houston Clear Lake, and is a registered clinical exercise physiologist certified by the American College of Sports Medicine. Working with Concierge Healthcare members, his goal is to improve, maintain and or attenuate losses in health and fitness. This is accomplished by administering a variety of exercise testing in order to implement a corrective exercise periodization plan.

Prior to this role, Joel has spent time with KBR laboratories for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration as a physiology scientist, supporting the Cardiovascular, Vision, Neurosciences, and Repository Bio-Core labs intended to improve the health and mechanical output within the astronaut program. Joel has spent time with a variety of clinical, collegiate sport, professional sport, corporate and fitness organizations, intended to evaluate and implement the appropriate exercise prescription to achieve peak performance and minimize overtraining and injury.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, and enjoys exercise training.

Paige Wilson, MPH, RDN, LD

Paige Wilson, MPH, RDN, LD is a registered dietitian with the Baylor Medicine Concierge Healthcare Program.

Born and raised in Georgia, Paige earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Georgia. After undergrad, she moved to Texas to obtain her Master of Public Health from UTHealth School of Public Health in Houston. Prior to joining Baylor, Paige worked as a clinical dietitian in an inpatient setting in Dallas, Texas.

Paige has ample experience in the sports nutrition world, having worked as a student in the performance nutrition department for the Georgia Bulldogs football team, as a dietetic intern for Rice University athletics, and as a sports dietitian in private practice. Working as a clinical dietitian allowed Paige to expand her expertise to include nutrition therapy for gastrointestinal diseases, pregnancy and lactation, psychiatric disorders, hepatic and renal diseases, neurological disorders, diabetes education, cardiovascular disease, and weight management.

Outside of clinic, Paige enjoys running, painting, reading, and spending time with her family and friends. She adores animals and loves to ride horses, play with her family’s dogs, and hang out with her two cats.
