What is Baylor Improvement Group (BIG) and why does Baylor need one?
Baylor Improvement Group (BIG) provides a structure for the College to better manage change by offering project management services and working to enhance business capabilities.
Business Services: BIG provides project management, process improvement, performance measurement, and business solutions services to Baylor which supports the Chief Operating Officer's Improvement Agenda for the College. These projects are directly linked to the College’s strategic objectives and focus on large enterprise projects spanning all missions.
Enhance Business Capabilities: There are several business capabilities that are foundational for managing change – capabilities like Portfolio Management, Performance Improvement, and Performance Measurement. BIG facilitates improving these business capabilities at Baylor.
