Family Medicine
Primary care is provided through Baylor Medicine Family Medicine. Baylor Medicine Family Medicine's care services are provided by the Department of Family and Community Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine's clinical faculty. Family Medicine integrates Family Medicine with Geriatric and Sports Medicine, behavioral health and nutrition services. Our physicians and physician assistants offer preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment at several locations. We offer extended hours and same day appointments for acute health concerns.
Community Health Programs
Our community health programs are dedicated to improving the health of medically underserved populations in the Houston/Harris County area. Partnering with Harris County Public Health and Environmental Services, Harris Health System, Healthcare for the Homeless - Houston, Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD, Santa Maria Hostel and several other safety net organizations, Community Health Program clinicians see patients at seven Health Centers and five Same Day Clinics.
