Purpose: The purpose of this governance is to ensure a consistent user experience for site visitors and ensures best practice, and that the design elements comply with Section 508 Accessibility Standards. This is achieved by a cohesive design for main Baylor College of Medicine site and all subsites including departments, centers, clinics, schools, programs, research and core/faculty labs. The Baylor Content Management System handles all aspects of the design automatically. The site maintainer enters text, images and documents and the system outputs the approved design elements.
