Medical School: Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University
Favorite Houston Restaurant: Triple J's Smokehouse
Favorite Part of Living in Houston: The diversity and food.
Favorite Part of EM Residency: My favorite part of residency so far has been getting to know my co-residents. I was nervous to start residency, not knowing how well I would adjust or if I would feel comfortable in a new place far from home and family. Everyone that I've worked with in our EM residency is encouraging and always willing to provide support. There is a very strong sense of family at the foundation of this program, one of the many reasons I wanted to come to Baylor. This is true even outside the Emergency Center when doing off service rotations. I feel genuinely excited to see them in the hallways of the hospital, at weekly didactics, and outside the hospital at one of the many restaurants we've planned to visit. I'm looking forward to growing closer to them and seeing the milestones we all reach throughout our time in residency and in our career.
