Applications are being accepted for the upcoming academic year through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS), a program run by the American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC). General information with application timelines can be found through the AAMC website. H1 visa sponsorship is no longer offered. We do, however, currently accept J1's.
Applications are reviewed once they are complete. We also participate in the MATCH in connection with the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP). Applicants need to register with the NRMP for the match. The NRMP can be reached at (202) 828-0566 or visit the NRMP website. It is important to include your NRMP number in your ERAS application.
To submit applications through ERAS, applicants must contact the ERAS Fellowship Documents Office and request an electronic token, which is then used for access to the ERAS application site. The following materials must be submitted through ERAS to be reviewed for consideration. We will not accept documentation by email.
- ERAS application*
- Curriculum Vitae (ERAS format is acceptable)*

In order to ensure physical distancing, interviews during the 2022 season will be conducted virtually. Applicants will have the opportunity for one-on-one conversations with faculty as well as a meet-and-greet with current fellows. Although we understand that it can be disappointing not to visit the program in person, maintaining the safety of our current and future fellows has been and remains our primary priority. To learn more about the College’s response to COVID-19 please visit our For Learners and Educators page.
Additional questions regarding the Geriatrics Fellowship program should be directed to program director Aimee Garcia, M.D. She can be reached by email at email@example.com or by phone at (713) 798-2277.
