Applications are being accepted for the upcoming academic year through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS), a program run by the American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC).General information with application timelines can be found through the AAMC website. H1 visa sponsorship is no longer offered.

Applications are reviewed once they are complete. We also participate in the MATCH in connection with the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP). Applicants need to register with the NRMP for the match. The NRMP can be reached at (202) 828-0566 or visit the NRMP website. It is important to include your NRMP number in your ERAS application.

To submit applications through ERAS, applicants must contact the ERAS Fellowship Documents Office and request an electronic token, which is then used for access to the ERAS application site. The following materials must be submitted through ERAS to be reviewed for consideration. We will not accept documentation by email.

  • ERAS application*
  • Curriculum Vitae (ERAS format is acceptable)*
  • Personal statement*
  • Three letters of recommendation*
  • USMLE results*
  • Medical school transcript
  • Photograph
  • Your email address
  • If applicable, attach a copy of your ECFMG certificate and visa
  • J-1 visas are sponsored
