Professional Statement
Dr. Parhizgar enjoys being a Hospitalist. He finds it rewarding to meet the challenges that a patient may encounter. Patients can be overwhelmed by any hospitalization. He believes that part of his job is to ensure that the patient understands his/her conditions and how treatment can be applied to his/her maximum benefit. His job requires a coordinated team environment from the point of entry, through in-patient care, to working with the patient's primary care physician. This systemic approach helps him to provide the healthcare that is needed for each individual, as every patient is unique. He is a highly trained physician who has a good understanding of what is required of this field. He is able to work individually or as part of a team and can deal with administrative duties competently.Websites
