Professional Statement
My research is focused on the development and application of computational approaches to better understand the mechanisms of human diseases. Particular, we are interested in cancer systems biology and cancer immunology. We have developed computational methods to elucidate transcriptional regulation, infer immune infiltration, predict new candidate drugs, and develop prognostic biomarkers in cancer.Websites
