As a dedicated healthcare professional and ex-collegiate football player, I am passionate about helping athletes and active individuals regain strength, mobility, and confidence after injury. With a specialized focus on sports injuries and orthopedic rehabilitation, I combine evidence-based techniques with personalized care to optimize recovery and performance.

My approach emphasizes understanding each patient’s unique goals- whether it’s returning to the field, achieving peak performance, or simply moving pain-free.
