Professional Statement
As a pediatric neurologist specializing in neurodevelopmental disabilities and currently in a clinical informatics fellowship, I am deeply passionate about pediatric medicine and neuroscience. In my practice, I focus on pediatric patients with Mendelian disorders of the epigenetic machinery. I aim to leverage informatics-based approaches, including electronic health records, clinical decision support systems, health information exchanges, and predictive analytics, to improve diagnoses and personalize healthcare interventions for children with complex neurological conditions.
Additionally, I am committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in patient care and graduate medical education, striving to improve healthcare outcomes for underrepresented communities.
