Professional Statement
Science and Education - two intertwined areas that fascinate me. In my lab we explore the cellular and molecular mechanisms of cardiac remodeling that lead to chronic heart disease. In the classroom we discuss the many exciting opportunities of current and future stem cell applications. I support faculty in their quest for improving their educational skills, while I continuously learn myself.Websites
