We are looking to add fun, motivated, and creative scientists to our growing team. Our lab is highly interdisciplinary and we welcome scientists of all backgrounds who are interested in working at the interface of experiment and computation to tackle major questions in RNA biology. Projects span from almost entirely experimental to entirely computational (and anywhere in between), and we support training in new areas (i.e. wet-lab biologist who wants to learn dry-lab skills, and vice-versa).

We are located in the Texas Medical Center, the world’s largest biomedical complex. Our lab’s home departments of Biochemistry, Genetics and Therapeutic Innovation Center (THINC) provide a multidisciplinary and highly collaborative training environment. Postdocs: We are looking for postdocs to lead multiple funded projects in the lab. Ideal candidates should have a Ph.D. in biochemistry, bioinformatics, genetics, cell biology, or a related field.
