About the Badr Lab
The Badr Lab focuses on developing, implementing, and disseminating innovative interventions to improve healthcare delivery and enhance quality of life for cancer patients and their caregivers. Our work spans the cancer continuum—from diagnosis and treatment to survivorship and end-of-life care—with a focus on underserved populations and promoting health equity. We seek to address broader system, community, and environmental factors through multilevel interventions, improve communication and care coordination with dyadic psychoeducational interventions, and leverage digital health to expand healthcare access and reach.
