AV Services provides equipment, technicians, consultation services, and production assistance for meetings, events, exhibits, and room installations.

With the exception of video production and post-production services and equipment, no fees are assessed for general audio-visual services or equipment provided to Baylor faculty, staff, and students during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.). Personnel services rendered outside of normal business hours or at sites outside of the Texas Medical Center, will incur after-hours/off-site charges. There is no charge for equipment rental. All services and equipment are available on a first-come, first-served basis. A charge source number for tracking purposes is required; however, only after-hours/off-site charges will be billed.
