Founded by Anthony Maresso, Ph.D., in 2023, PHIOGEN Inc. aims to commercialize technology from TAILOR Labs, the personalized phage therapy center at Baylor College of Medicine. Based at the Texas Medical Center Innovation Hub, PHIOGEN's team leverages over a decade of phage biology research to create next-generation therapeutics. An exclusive license agreement was signed in 2023.
