9–10 a.m.	Bubble CPAP/LISA/Surfactant
10–10:10 a.m.	Break
10:10–11:10 a.m.	Mechanical Vent/Modes
11:10–12:10 p.m.	Reducing Unplanned Extubation
12:10–12:20 p.m.	Break
12:20–1:20 p.m.	Lunch Lecture: Periviable Population
1:30–3:30 p.m.	Two hours to visit hands-on skills stations (25 minutes at each station) A. Warmer/delivery and equipment check/set up B. Nuances of BCPAP and maintaining skin integrity C. Setting up vents/modes (including NIPPV) D. Surfactant delivery (LISA, ENSURE) E. Standardized ETT securement
3:30 p.m.	Turn in Evaluations, Pick Up CE Certificate

Aim:

To provide neonatology-targeted education, including Continuing Education Credits for RTs at Community Hospitals in order to improve the respiratory care of newborns at these hospitals.
