Program Tuition and Fees
View information about tuition and fees for the DNP Program-Nurse Anesthesia.
The program is tough and it is on the more expensive side, but the experience you are getting is something you really can't attach a dollar amount to. You can go to any school to get any type of degree. But, BCM will prepare you for the real world so you can handle anything once you graduate.
Funding Sources
There are many funding sources available to students in the Doctor of Nursing Practice Program-Nurse Anesthesia. Most students qualify for financial assistance.
- Office of Student Financial Aid offers information on the types of financial aid programs that Baylor administers.
- American Association of Nurse Anesthetists also offers several scholarships for student nurse anesthetists.
- Department of Education's Office of Postsecondary Education has information on federal student financial aid, including the Student Guide on aid programs and the loan system, as well as the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA is required to receive financial aid at Baylor.
Stipends
During the clinical phase of the curriculum, stipends are available to BSN-DNP students working at certain clinical sites. The Harris Health System provides a $1,000 stipend for each month that the student is on clinical rotation at Ben Taub Hospital (eight months total). HHS has offered a stipend to nurse anesthesia students for over 20 years.
While we anticipate this stipend program will continue, there is no guarantee.
