A tribute card can be sent to the honoree’s family, or other loved ones, to show your sympathy and support, letting them know their loved one is being remembered.

Whether it was a kind word from a Baylor College of Medicine nurse, a helping hand from a staff person or a lifesaving procedure performed by a surgeon, we provide an opportunity for grateful patients and their family and friends to say thank you by making a gift in honor of those who made a difference in their care.
How Your Honoree is Notified
When a tribute gift is made, donors have the option to notify a family member, friend, or other loved one by sending a tribute card. A tribute card informs the recipient a gift was made.
On the donation form, following the tribute information, select the option to “Send a Tribute Card”, and fill out the name and contact information of the recipient to be notified.
