There are a wide variety of computational related courses offered by Baylor College of Medicine and throughout the Gulf Coast Consortia. These courses include training in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Advanced Simulations, Epidemiology and Biostatistics.

For more information on the computational courses offered we encourage you to visit each of the partnering academic sites of the GCC, in addition to the Quantitative and Computational Biosciences Graduate Program here at Baylor. Each year, as part of the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences core curriculum, the CIBR Center faculty offers an Applications to Biology of Computation course. The course offers a broad survey of different topics from a computational perspective and their applications in revealing biological insights, such as; genomics, epigenomics, population genetics, transcriptomics, proteomics, structure-function, systems biology, networks, phylogenomics and pattern discovery.
