Ben Taub Hospital
Ben Taub Hospital is the central clinical facility of the Harris Health System, the public healthcare system providing primary, specialty and hospital care to the residents of Harris County, Texas, the third most populous county in the United States with a population of nearly four million people. It is a Level 1 Trauma Center providing care to the underserved population of Harris County.
Ben Taub's endoscopy center consists of three endoscopy rooms that perform approximately 5,000 procedures annually.
Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC)
One of the VA's largest hospitals, MEDVAMC serves more than 100,000 veterans in Harris County and 27 surrounding counties.
The MEDVAC endoscopy center consists of six endoscopy rooms that perform approximately 9,000 procedures annually.
Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center
Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center ranks among the best in the country for gastroenterology and GI surgery. In addition to the current 850-bed hospital, construction is under way on a second bed tower at the new facility on the McNair Campus in the Texas Medical Center. In the coming years, all inpatient services will transition to Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center – McNair Campus. It is home to the Texas Heart Institute and has a long history of breakthroughs in the fields of gastroenterology, hepatology and transplantation.
The endoscopy suite at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center has three endoscopy rooms and performs approximately 6,000-7,000 procedures annually.
