What is Team Discovery?
Team Discovery introduces all members of the Baylor academic community and beyond to core concepts in teamwork through engaging workshops and training sessions led by subject matter experts. Designed by Team Launch program faculty, the interactive workshops focus on a number of teamwork topics relevant to all members of the community, while our training sessions provide customized teamwork instruction to departments, programs and teams upon request. Together, these workshops and training sessions serve as a meaningful adjunct to the other program components.
Team Discovery is open to all faculty, students, postdoctoral trainees, and staff of Baylor College of Medicine as well as to individuals from other institutions throughout the Texas Medical Center.
