The high throughput service is a fully assisted experience to help you develop or run any assay that your project requires in a miniaturized format (96-384 well plates). Users only have to provide reagents specific to the their project (i.e., compounds, antibodies etc.) and core personnel will perform the roboticized protocols (i.e., compound treatment, transfection, immunofluorescence, etc.). The service also include imaging on the appropriate instrument and single cell image analysis from a lot of pre-determined assays (i.e., cell number, spot counting, nuclear translocation, etc.).
The image analysis service is available for custom analytics on any type of imaging.

Workflow of the High Throughput (HT) Assays
The high throughput service is a fully assisted experience to help you develop or run any assay that your project requires. The core will help optimize and miniaturize HT assays, and then perform the assays and image the multi-well plates. Each well is then analyzed based on the experimental needs to extract multi-dimensional parameters of the objects of interest (i.e., size, intensity, numbers etc.). The core will analyze the images according to the user’s needs and provide both single cell and bulk data. Interpretation, graphic and statistical analysis of the data may result in an additional cost.
