Career Advancement Series 2025-2026

A peer mentoring program for early and mid-career faculty, presented by the Office of Faculty Affairs and Faculty Development.

Location: Baylor College of Medicine 

Format: Six sessions from August 2026 - April 2026 (two in-person and four virtual sessions). All sessions will be held from 4-6 p.m.

Faculty Companion - A Guide to Academic Promotion:

This online resource covers faculty appointments and the process for faculty promotion at Baylor College of Medicine. The resource includes an overview of faculty tracks, pathways to promotion on those tracks, helpful resources, and links to FAP-related forms and materials. The learning may be accessed in Success Factors (BCM login required).
