This online resource covers faculty appointments and the process for faculty promotion at Baylor College of Medicine. The resource includes an overview of faculty tracks, pathways to promotion on those tracks, helpful resources, and links to FAP-related forms and materials. Coaching Skills For Healthcare Leaders Program:
This program occuring in the spring provides training and skill development in coaching methodologies based in evidence-based theories and practices.
Leading Successful Teams:
The 4-session Leading Successful Teams engages learners in identifying personal leadership strengths and opportunities for growth in key management and leadership competencies, including strategies related to effective team performance through communication and managing processes that create change in an organizational context.

Harris Health System / UT Dallas EMBA Program
Harris Health System hosts an Executive MBA through the University of Texas at Dallas Naveen Jindal School of Management. This three-year EMBA program is open to Baylor College of Medicine faculty.
