Our residents participate in numerous lecture series and clinical conferences throughout their training. These offer an opportunity to learn with and from leading clinicians in the field at Baylor College of Medicine, our affiliates in the Texas Medical Center, and guests from around the world. Conferences are a mix of in-person and virtual based on current BCM and TCH COVID policies.
Daily noon conference, Wednesday morning section rounds, and Friday afternoon Neurocritical Care Lectures are protected time from clinical duties. Our neurology attendings are responsible for typical clinical duties during these protected times.

The lectures focus on specific areas of clinical neurology and are organized as grouped topics presented in series. Lecture series include epilepsy, neuroanatomy, neurodevelopment, neurogenetics/metabolic, neuro-oncology, movement disorders, neuroimmunology, neuropathology, and psychiatry.
