May 1: TMDSAS application (primary application) can be electronically accessed by prospective applicants.
May - November: Casper Online Situational Judgement Test.
June 1: Baylor's supplemental application opens. Applicants will receive an email invitation to complete the supplemental application after submission of their TMDSAS application.
July - December: Applications are holistically reviewed by the Admissions Committee and invitations to interview are extended.
August - January: Interviews are conducted. Interviewed applicants are given opportunity to visit the Houston and Temple campus.
Nov. 1: Submission Deadline for TMDSAS application (5 p.m. CST).
Nov. 15: TMDSAS Letters of Evaluation deadline and Baylor supplemental application deadline (5 p.m. CST).
October - May: Merit Scholarships awarded to accepted applicants.
January: Certiphi background checks are sent to all accepted applicants. Results must be received prior to matriculation.
Jan. 31: Deadline to rank schools of preference in TMDSAS.
Feb. 14: TMDSAS match results are announced.
April 30: Applicants can hold only one offer of admission
May 15: Last day to make offers of acceptance to alternates holding acceptances at other Texas medical schools.
Mid-July: Orientation begins for the entering class.
