There are more than 100 postdoctoral trainees in the laboratories of the training faculty, most of whom are pursuing research training without any clinical or diagnostic laboratory component. Examples of research areas include developmental biology, Drosophila genetics, epigenetics, gene regulation, genomics, positional cloning, molecular analysis of disease, molecular cytogenetics, mouse genetics, gene therapy, yeast genetics, and others specified in the faculty member profiles.

Postdoctoral fellows seeking research experience without ABMGG training are encouraged to send their inquiries directly to the individual faculty members.
