The Baylor Medicine Advanced Heart Failure Clinic provides patients with the diagnosis and treatment of congestive heart failure with an emphasis on pathophysiology, therapeutics, and prevention as well as the humanistic, moral, and ethical aspects of transplant medicine. The program also offers combined heart-kidney, heart-liver, and heart-lung transplants to eligible patients with end-stage heart failure and multisystem organ involvement.
