Baylor College of Medicine is committed to a safe and supportive learning and working environment for its learners, faculty and staff. BCM is subject to Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, 20 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq., and its implementing regulations, 38 C.F.R. Part 106.

The Title IX Coordinator is the official designated by BCM to coordinate the College's efforts to comply with its obligations regarding sex-based discrimination.
