Starting in 2023, postdoctoral researchers will be included in the College's Annual Performance Management Cycle for employees in the Fall of 2023 in Success Factors. The Annual Performance Review focuses on the evaluation of the work performance aspect of the postdoctoral researcher’s role. The goals of this program are to recognize the contributions and efforts of postdocs, align mentor and mentee expectations regarding work, and identify areas for development and support.
