All verifications are now done through the program in which the physician graduated. If you need a verification, please contact the program.

The GME office will only complete training verifications for those who completed a Transitional Year at Baylor College of Medicine. All other requests will be discarded.

FICA refunds are being mailed! If you were a resident or clinical post-doc paid between January 1995 and March 2005 who consented to Baylor College of Medicine filing the IRS claim for FICA payments during that time, a letter has been sent to the address on file detailing your refund and confirming your address. Please return immediately for check processing.

If you have not received this letter, please email FICArecovery@bcm.edu with your current address.
