In accordance with our policy of supporting the three most recent operating systems for Windows, Mac, and iPad, ExamSoft has informed us that they will retire support for the following operating systems beginning Dec. 18, 2023:
- macOS 11 Big Sur
- Windows 11 21H2
ExamSoft will update their Minimum System Requirements to reflect this on Dec. 18.
Please refer to this support article for more information on the exam-taker experience if Examplify is used on one of these operating systems after their support is retired on Dec. 18.
Additionally, exam-takers can check their current operating system version by following these instructions for macOS and these for Windows.
Action Required
- Advise your exam-takers to update their devices’ operating system if utilizing Windows 11 21H2 or macOS 11 Big Sur before Dec. 18, 2023
- Distribute this information to colleagues as needed
