We are an inclusive group of mostly Hispanic/Latina women across different institutions of the Texas Medical Center. We hold monthly meetings with invited speakers from the TMC and discuss different issues concerning gender differences and diversity in science, current diversity and outreach programs in Houston, and speakers' personal experiences during their scientific training. We also participate in outreach activities around the Houston area and collaborate with other groups in the TMC scientific community.
