Study Goal(s): Development and validation of new methods to diagnose genetic diseases in the fetus by studying cells and fetal DNA in the mother's blood.

Eligibility Criteria: Pregnant women over 18 years old who have prenatal diagnosis by amniocentesis or chorionic villus sampling
