Enroll-HD: A Prospective Registry Study of Global Huntington's Disease Cohort (H-30390)

This is an observational research study that is part of a worldwide effort to help find effective treatment for Huntington's Disease.  During each study visit, you will undergo a series of movement and behavioral tests.  The study involves an annual follow-up visit. 

You can participate if you:  

• carry the expanded gene, whether or not you show signs and symptoms of the disease
• are at risk of developing the disease (but have not undergone genetic testing)
• have a family history of HD but know that you do not carry the expanded gene
• are a spouse/partner (not blood related) of a family member with HD.
