RAD-PD: Registry for the Advancement of DBS in Parkinson's Disease (H-44518)

The purpose of this observational registry study is to gather information from multiple clinical sites about patients with Parkinson's Disease (PD) who are undergoing Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) treatment.  Analysis of this information will help identify the best practices about DBS therapy, the side effects of DBS therapy (and how to prevent or manage them), and the cost-effectiveness of different procedures in DBS treatment.  

You may be able to participate if you:  

• have been diagnosed with PD
• are a candidate for DBS treatment of PD
