A single-blind, randomized study comparing the efficacy and safety of a single dose of TNX-1300 to placebo with usual care (UC) for the treatment of signs and symptoms of acute cocaine intoxication in emergency department (ED) subjects

This is a single-blind, randomized study to compare safety and changes in cardiovascular and other signs and symptoms, inclusive of behavioral symptoms, of acute cocaine intoxication after a single IV 200 mg injection of TNX-1300 or a single IV injection of placebo with UC in subjects presenting to the emergency department.
