Description

Content

A Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Multi-Center, Phase II, Dose Escalation Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics and Efficacy of YA-101 in Subjects with Multiple System Atrophy

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy of YA-101 in subjects with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA). Since YA-101 is being developed as a potential treatment for MSA, we want to find out what effects it has on you and your health, and how your body metabolizes the drug, as well as the potential efficacy of YA-101.
