Home Measurement of Intraocular Pressure (IOP) in Menstruating Women Study (H-51102)

Description

Content

The overall objective is to gain knowledge of how intraocular pressure (IOP) changes during the menstrual cycle and during pregnancy. We are looking to recruit reproductive-aged women with regular monthly menstrual cycles off hormonal contraception or women who are less than 20 weeks pregnant to obtain daily intraocular pressure measurements and record the days of their menstrual cycles (as applicable).

These findings will help eye specialists better manage complex diseases that require IOP-lowering therapy like glaucoma.
