Telecommunications Services offers the Internet Protocol (IP) telephone sets to the Baylor community for a monthly fee. IP telephones connect to, and run over, the wired Baylor computer network, rather than traditional analog telephone lines. Telecommunications Services also provide software to support advanced features like announcements, and additional hardware such as fax, modem etc.
